be solely responsible for and damages or actions resulting from any breach
of this condition. |

that you are over 18 and able to enter into
a legally binding contract*. |

that you are solely responsible for the content
of your advertisement and you are responsible for ensuring that your advert
does not violate any copyrights or laws. |

that the description in your advert will honestly
and fairly reflect the condition and propertes of the item you are selling. |
| • |
that The Dressmarket may contact you by e-mail
or telephone in regard to any aspect of your advertisement. |
| • |
that The Dressmarket may remove, without warning
or notice, any advertisement which is found to breach any of our terms. |

that you wish to receive e-mails from related
businesses with regard to the advertisement of your dress or other item. |
| • |
that The Dressmarket is not responsible for
any aspect of the communication and/or other dealings, agreements or arrangements
between advertisers and buyers. |

that all content on The Dressmarket is copyrighted
to The Dressmarket and may not be reproduced or otherwise used without
our express written permission. |

that The Dressmarket will have the right to
publish the content submitted by users and contributors for the purposes
of our own marketing. |

that The Dressmarket will not be held responsible
for any inaccuracies in adverts shown on The Dressmarket or for the failure
to deliver services promised in advertising by third parties and that
The Dressmarket cannot guarantee the accuracy, validity, or veracity of
any information contained within any form of advertising on the site. |

or damage suffered by a buyer or seller due to non delivery of or non-payment
for of any item sent by or to a buyer or seller or for any aspect of the
transaction between buyer and seller. |

that you will not use an individual advert to
attempt to advertise more than one item. |

that you will not use a private advert to advertise
a commercial company by means of links, logos, text or any other material. |

that The Dressmarket may from time to time make
such changes to the site as is deemed necessary to the running of the

that The Dressmarket will not be liable to you
for any damages either direct or indirect, either monetary or for loss
of goodwill and reputation accruing from either placing or responding
to an advertisement. |

that an advert may only be used to sell the
item shown in the advert and may not be used to sell any other item. |

that you will only use photography or other
imagery for which you have copyright or the consent of the copyright owner. |

that commercial replies to advertisers may not
be made without subscribing to a commercial package. |

that an advert purchase can be refunded only
until the advert is placed. |

once the advert is placed on the site or any
enquiry has been received, no refund can be given. |

that any refund given will be liable to a 10%
deduction for administration charges. |
